Copy to Clipboard is disabled initially so:

1. Enter your full name in both English and Arabic.
2. Provide your job title in both languages.
3. Add your email and phone number.
4. Click "Generate Signature" to see a preview.
5. Use the "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the signature.
